Message From Founder

There are moments in a young person’s life when perspective expands — when an experience reshapes what feels possible.

In my own life, I have built ventures serving more than 100 Fortune 500 clients and lived within the world of diplomacy as my husband served as Ambassador, engaging with heads of state, senior diplomats, and global leaders. I raised my three kids and watched them grow into founders who built their own respective companies and collectively raised over $65 million in venture capital. Across these experiences, one truth has remained constant: exposure shapes confidence — and timing shapes trajectory.

When I was young, I did not have access to rooms like these. Global Fellows was created to offer that access intentionally — at the moment it matters most.

The program is designed for young women just before high school, when their voices, initiative, and ambition are developing. It is about placing girls in environments where leadership feels natural — and where they begin to see themselves not just as participants, but as future contributors and builders.

Lifelong Global Peer Connections

01

The right peers change what feels possible. A global network begins long before college — rooted in shared depth, ambition, and perspective.

Each cohort is intentionally small and carefully selected, bringing together intellectually curious young women with accomplished peers from leading institutions abroad.

The connections formed are not circumstantial. They are foundational.

Access To Influential Leaders

02

Access shapes confidence. Fellows engage in private, facilitated conversations with accomplished leaders across industries.

They experience leadership up close — how ideas are formed, how decisions are made, how responsibility is carried.

When proximity to influence is normalized early, confidence follows naturally.

A Global Perspective at a Formative Age

03

Perspective is most powerful when formed early. Just before high school, identity is expanding — intellectually, socially, globally.

Through guided cultural immersion, structured reflection, and meaningful dialogue, Fellows are treated not as observers of the world, but as emerging participants in it.

This is not enrichment, it is orientation.
